I know how at some Century 21 locations they give training. I was wondering how that works, and where they hold this.

Every office is independently owned and operated. For instance, my company CENTURY 21 House of Realty, Inc. in southern Illinois provides a comprehensive 3 week training class to take the new agent through the items of true need beyond what the licensee learned in the pre-license training. That program has lifted many agents up to a level of production not readily available to them otherwise.
